Suiza farm was acquired around 1952 by Carlos Menendez and Dolores Salazar de Menendez.
Coffee is harvested with extreme care, only ripe cherries are allowed and cherry post harvest selection is always done in the farm to eliminate any remaining immature beans or dry pods.

The #2 coffee from the El Salvador Cup of Excellence has arrived! Receiving a score of 92.13 from international jurors. This special coffee was described as sweet fruits, elegant, complete, sparkling acidity, honey, chocolate, creamy body and caramel.

Donaldo Vanegas Cruz - La Union

We looked for a farm where this delicious coffee is grown. And in the mountains of Pueblo Nuevo, in Estelí through rustic roads, we find Don Donaldo Vanegas Cruz, a former officer of the sandinista government during the 80s. He had the vision to by the farm La Unión and it has transformed his life.

We are excited to get this! This excellent coffee was described as sweet , honey, balanced, creamy, chocolate nougat, caramel, round, floral, red wine
